Within the Knowledge Hub for Climate and Sustainability (KHCS) at the University College “CEPS College – Center for Business Studies” Kiseljak, a Knowledge Valorization Center (KVC) has been established as an operational platform for connecting knowledge, research, and practice. The KVC was launched within the EIT HEI Culture and Creativity project entitled “Innovation Hubs for Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Digital Transformation (IMPACT – Campus)”, with the aim of transforming knowledge and research results into concrete social, economic, and developmental value at the local and regional levels.
Within the KVC, activities will be implemented focusing on the development of green and digital skills, support for innovation and startup initiatives, strengthening cooperation between academia, industry, public institutions, and the local community, as well as on developing solutions to challenges related to climate change, sustainable development, and societal resilience. The Center will serve as a space for training, mentoring, pilot projects, testing of innovative solutions, and dialogue with decision-makers, in line with European knowledge valorization policies and the objectives of the IMPACT CAMPUS project.
