Abstrakt:
PRODIGY-E is an Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education project aimed at strengthening the institutional capacity of higher education institutions (HEIs) in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro to design, manage, and implement international projects. The project focuses on establishing and upgrading Project Management Offices (PMOs) and Student Innovation Hubs (SIHs), combined with targeted capacity building for staff and students in project management, innovation, digital transformation, and modern collaborative tools. Through joint training, study visits, and the adoption of advanced digital and AI-supported project management practices, PRODIGY-E enhances international cooperation, employability, and innovation ecosystems, while fostering closer links between HEIs, industry, and local communities. The project contributes to the digital transformation, inclusiveness, and long-term sustainability of partner institutions and supports their stronger integration into the European Higher Education Area.
Ciljevi projekta:
1. Uspostavljanje Kancelarija za razvoj projekata u partnerskim institucijama
2. Uspostavljanje studentskih inovacionih centara
3. Jačanje kapaciteta osoblja Kancelarija za razvoj projekata i studentskih inovacionih centara, nastavnika i studenata u oblastima upravljanja projektima i inovacijama
4. Unapređenje saradnje i partnerstva među uključenim institucijama u istraživačkim i inovacionim projektima.
