A series of trainings for students, academic, and non-academic staff within the IMPACT Campus project, part of the EIT HEI Initiative has officially started. These activities aim to strengthen innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation capacities across higher education institutions in Europe and beyond.
For students, the Innovation and Knowledge Valorization course offers an opportunity to transform creative ideas into sustainable, digital, and socially responsible solutions. The program combines innovation pedagogy, project-based learning, and cultural and creative entrepreneurship. The course began with the introductory lecture “Introduction to Course & Canvas Model”, held by Prof. Nermin Palić from CEPS Kiseljak. Upcoming sessions will be led by distinguished lecturers from partner universities, including the Mediterranean School of Business (Tunisia), University of Montenegro (Montenegro), University FINRA Tuzla (Bosnia and Herzegovina), and the International Balkan University (North Macedonia), covering topics such as design thinking, green entrepreneurship, and artificial intelligence.
In parallel, academic and non-academic staff are participating in a comprehensive professional development program designed to enhance institutional sustainability and innovation culture. Training topics include Sustainable Campus Practices & Student Engagement, Digital Transformation and AI, Green Transition Competences, Climate Entrepreneurship, and Entrepreneurial Thinking for Institutional Sustainability. These sessions are delivered by experts from the Middle East Technical University (METU) in Ankara, University “Ukraine”, and the Ministry of National Education, Türkiye.
There are 35 students and 11 teaching and non-teaching staff members from CEPS Kiseljak participating in these trainings. Through these activities, CEPS Kiseljak continues to promote innovation, sustainability, and knowledge exchange within the European higher education community, empowering both students and staff to contribute to a more resilient and future-oriented academic environment..
