Within the framework of the EIT HEI Culture & Creativity IMPACT-Campus project, at CEPS a series of targeted mentoring activities were successfully implemented in November 2025, addressing the needs of students, academic staff, and non-academic staff.
For students, one-on-one mentoring sessions were organized with a focus on the role and functioning of the Knowledge Valorization Center, the application of the Canvas Business Model, and practical guidance for launching startups. These sessions aimed to strengthen entrepreneurial thinking, support idea development, and bridge the gap between education, innovation, and practice.
Academic staff participated in peer mentoring activities centered on their involvement in theKnowledge Valorization Center, practicing innovative teaching practices, encouraging the exchange of experiences, the adoption of modern pedagogical approaches, and the integration of digital and practice-oriented methods into teaching.
In addition, non-academic staff benefited from individual mentoring for professional development, supporting capacity building trough Knowledge Valorization Center, skills enhancement, and alignment with institutional goals related to innovation, sustainability, and effective project implementation.
